Terms and Conditions

Each order or acceptance of a quotation for goods or services will be deemed to be an offer by the buyer to purchase goods or services upon these terms and conditions. The contract is formed when the order is accepted by Cleanstream Carpets. All orders must be on Cleanstream Carpets' standard order form.
Any quotation is valid for a period of 30 days only from its date.
The quantity and description of the goods and/ or services will be as set out in the order form.
The price for the goods and/ or services will be the price set out in the Cleanstream Carpets' order form current at the date of acceptance of the order.
The buyer shall be invoiced on completion of the order form and entering into contract with Cleanstream Carpets.
Payment shall be due 30 days from the date of invoice.
All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT at current rate. If the Buyer is eligible to reclaim this sales tax, the Company can supply a VAT receipt on request.
Cleanstream Carpets reserves the right to charge interest on a daily basis from the date payment is due until the date payment is received. The interest will be calculated on the reference rate of the Bank of England Base Rate plus 7%.
After 30 days additional storage costs shall also be incurred at a rate of £1.20 per pallet per day.
Unless otherwise agreed, shipment shall be made by carrier of Cleanstream Carpets' choice.
Cleanstream Carpets are responsible for providing the goods in a deliverable state, such that the goods will reach the destination in good condition under normal conditions of transport, but Cleanstream Carpets shall not be liable for damage caused thereto by third parties (including carriers). The placement of an Order by the Buyer implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and, therefore, where the Buyer instructs Cleanstream Carpets to organise delivery of the goods the Purchaser does so in the understanding that the loading of the collection vehicle by Cleanstream Carpets will be undertaken as an agent acting on behalf of the Buyer. Unless otherwise specifically agreed in writing,
Suspension and Cancellation - Should the Buyer impose suspension of delivery or cancellation of Order, Cleanstream Carpets reserves the right to charge the Purchaser for interest on the monies laid out by in the execution of the Order between the time of suspension and final delivery
Rights of the Consumer - Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall affect the statutory rights of the consumer.
Should you have reason to complain we will refer you to our complaints procedure.

In addition as part of our Take-Back scheme we ask that you take particular notice of the following;

Contact us as soon as possible pre-uplift so that we can survey the tiles if possible; allow us the time to clean carpet pre-uplift.
Stack the carpets on 1 metre four way pallets 4 x 100 tile high (100m²)
Store in a dry area, near a ground floor exit.
Stabilise max 1m high pallets via the use of shrink wrap.
Allow for good ground floor vehicle access for carpet pick up.
